A key member in ENIKKOM INVESTMENT SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED project team is the Quality Assurance Manager. This individual is knowledgeable about ISO-9005 requirements. He will regularly review and audit all activities and procedures, with respect to Project Execution and Quality Assurance Manual, and reports successes and failures to the General Manager and to the corporate management team.

 

The Quality Assurance Manager shall ensure that quality is being measured and that client feedback is being received, recorded and acted upon. This will result in continuous improvement of ENIKKOM INVESTMENT SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED people, procedures, standards, and productivity.
